Terms of use
Terms for using the MQRisk website.
These working terms explain the public website's permitted use and the boundaries of the information presented on it.
1. Informational use
The public MQRisk website provides general information about the product, its potential capabilities and the types of projects it may support. It is not a proposal, service agreement, implementation statement of work or commitment to provide a specific feature, integration, security control or commercial term.
2. Requests, offers and commercial terms
A demo request or contact form does not create a contract, subscription, service commitment or commercial entitlement. Product scope, pricing, onboarding, implementation, warranty and any promotional terms must be confirmed in a written agreement with MQ Solutions Corp.
3. User-provided information and input responsibility
Organizations and users are responsible for the completeness, accuracy, currency, legality and authority of all information, documents, risk records, assumptions, evaluations, actions, attachments and other material they submit, import, enter or instruct others to enter. MQRisk and MQ Solutions Corp. may rely on information made available by users and do not independently verify the completeness or accuracy of that information unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
4. Human review, judgment and error responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing information, outputs, configurations, automated suggestions, reports and decisions before relying on them. MQRisk does not replace the professional judgment of the organization, its project team, risk managers or advisers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MQ Solutions Corp. is not responsible for consequences arising from user error, data-entry error, omission, incorrect configuration, incorrect assumption, delayed review or a decision made by a user or third party.
5. Unrecorded and unaccounted-for risks
MQRisk can organize and present the risk information that users choose to record and maintain. It does not identify, guarantee detection of, monitor, manage or account for a risk, hazard, issue, control failure, event or exposure that is not manually entered, imported, configured or otherwise made available through the agreed service scope. Organizations remain responsible for determining which risks to identify, assess, record, treat, monitor and escalate.
6. No professional or risk-management advice
MQRisk is presented as a software platform. The website does not provide legal, insurance, financial, engineering, safety or project-management advice. Organizations remain responsible for their own risk methodology, regulatory obligations, decisions and controls.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, visuals, product materials and trademarks are owned by or licensed to MQ Solutions Corp. or the relevant rights holder. You may view the website for lawful business evaluation, but may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse its content, systems or branding without permission.
8. Limitation, availability and changes
Website information may change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MQ Solutions Corp. does not warrant that the public website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the public website or reliance on information supplied through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
